Hagan Scholarship… anyone else been ineligible for disbursement?

I submitted my pdf with a total of 241.14 work hours, partly from one employer who had a payroll record and partly from another who wrote me a letter. 12 days ago, I got an email saying my deficiency was ‘No Disbursement LS. Did not work 240 hours’ and that I wouldn’t receive the disbursement for the fall semester.

I emailed the next day for clarification, but it’s now been 11 days with no response from Hagan. I’m posting here to see if anyone else has had a similar experience with the Hagan Scholarship. Any ideas?

I haven’t had a similar experience. At least you still have the scholarship, though. Not sure if you explained your situation to them. Maybe you could try working more hours to avoid this in the future. Or perhaps the hours you submitted didn’t match up with the proof you provided.

@Vern
I received a response a couple of days ago. It turns out one of the documents was submitted as a duplicate instead of showing the separate pages with info for each employer. It wasn’t showing up on my computer but appeared that way when I submitted or uploaded it to Gmail. Thankfully, I have next semester to fix it.
