What extracurricular activities do I need to pursue to secure a scholarship for my A-Levels?

I’m currently in O3, with a year left to complete my O-levels, but I’m already aiming to secure a scholarship for my A-Levels at a prestigious school. I’m an above-average student, though I’m quite introverted and haven’t been involved in many extracurricular activities. So far, I’ve completed two internships with clothing brands, where I managed online website tasks, orders, and customer queries. I also recently volunteered at an institute for special children, where I was recognized with an award for being the best volunteer. Given my average grades, are these experiences enough to qualify for a scholarship?
