Affordable options and scholarships for international students?

Hi everyone! I’ve been looking into affordable ways for international students to study in the U.S., and I found some great scholarships and pathways that can help save a lot on tuition. As an international student myself, I know how tough this process can be, so I wanted to share what I’ve learned.

This includes scholarships, affordable community colleges, and transfer pathways. Starting at a community college can significantly lower costs before transferring to a 4-year university to complete your degree. I used this method, and it worked well for me!

Some of the scholarships listed come from older posts in this forum, and I’ve also included new ones I discovered.

Hope this helps, and good luck with your applications!

Doesn’t attending community college waste a lot of time? Can anyone explain?

Not at all. Community colleges are much cheaper, and after completing two years there, you can transfer to a 4-year university. This way, you save a lot on tuition and only pay the higher costs for the last two years.
