The Bank of America Student Leaders Program offers high school juniors and seniors a unique opportunity to acquire job experience, foster leadership abilities, and contribute to their communities through paid internships with non-profit organizations.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Current junior or senior in high school.
- Good academic standing.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship through the program period.
- Available for an 8-week paid internship (35 hours/week) at a local non-profit.
- Able to attend a week-long Student Leaders Summit in Washington, D.C. (typically in July).
- Not previously selected for the program.
Selection Process:
- Complete an online application.
- Submit a resume or list of activities.
- Write an essay or respond to short-answer questions.
- Participate in an interview if selected as a finalist.
