Bank of America Student leaders program

Is anyone here involved in the Bank of America student leadership program? I am curious about what it takes to join and participate in the program.

The Bank of America Student Leaders Program offers high school juniors and seniors a unique opportunity to acquire job experience, foster leadership abilities, and contribute to their communities through paid internships with non-profit organizations.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Current junior or senior in high school.
  • Good academic standing.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship through the program period.
  • Available for an 8-week paid internship (35 hours/week) at a local non-profit.
  • Able to attend a week-long Student Leaders Summit in Washington, D.C. (typically in July).
  • Not previously selected for the program.

Selection Process:

  • Complete an online application.
  • Submit a resume or list of activities.
  • Write an essay or respond to short-answer questions.
  • Participate in an interview if selected as a finalist.
