For those who won scholarships or became finalists, which websites did you find most effective?
Fastweb and Monica Matthews were particularly helpful for me. While there are other great resources out there, focusing on just these two provided plenty of opportunities. Additionally, don’t forget to explore local scholarships available in your area.
Local scholarships are generally easier to win, so the specific site you use may not be as important.
It’s not about the websites you use; it’s about the quality of your application package. A strong, well-crafted application will increase your chances of winning across the board. If your package isn’t strong, your success will be limited. Ultimately, it’s about the effort you put in, not the sites you use.
I understand it’s not just about the sites, but I’m still interested in knowing what others prefer. I personally don’t like Bold.org, so I’m curious about what other platforms people find useful.
I used Bold.org for a few scholarships and ended up winning one! I recommend looking for niche scholarships, as they tend to be less competitive than broader ones.
