Hey, one of the scholarships I’m applying for needs a recommendation from a teacher and a personal recommendation from someone who knows me well. The catch is it can’t be a family member, but there’s no other details. Can I ask a friend or a neighbor to fill it out? I’m a bit confused about who qualifies for this.
You can ask your mentor, coach, boss (if you have one), or someone you’ve volunteered with. Just make sure you already have a good relationship with them before you ask.
