I was recently offered a scholarship from an application I filled out, but now they’re asking for photos of me and my family members. Unfortunately, we don’t have many of the photos they’ve requested, and I’m uncomfortable with the idea of sharing photos of myself for personal reasons. They mentioned that if I can’t provide the photos, I should submit a PDF explaining my reasoning, which will be reviewed by their leadership. This feels a bit sketchy to me.
Can they rescind the scholarship offer if I refuse to provide the photos? I’m worried about losing the scholarship but also uncomfortable with the situation. Any advice on how to handle this would be appreciated!
